Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In the same condition as received
- With tags attached
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
To initiate a return, contact us at Enquiries@meandmypetstore.com and include a clear photo of the item you wish to return. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with a clear photo of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods, such as pet treats or other food items
- Custom or personalised products, including special orders
- Unsealed items that can’t be resold for hygiene reasons.

Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
